REFUND POLICY

Everything we ship from our warehouse facility is brand new. To ensure the safety and care of our customers we cannot accept returns on items that may constitute a health risk. Once any product leaves our warehouse, we consider it to be used and non-resalable.

The Z Mask has not been evaluated by the CDC or FDA and is not a substitute for particulate (N95), surgical, half/full-face masks that have been approved through either a qualitative or quantitative fit testing protocol.

Due to health concerns and the nature of our face-covering products as preventative measures for spreading illnesses, all sales are final, and they may. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation or discomfort occurs. 

The Z MASK cannot be returned or exchanged.

​​Tazi Ultimate Hydration bottles and/or accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pillow-Roo™, Pillowcase and/or foam accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. We expect you to perform your due diligence in researching products for consideration and purchase. Due to the variations in mobile devices and computer monitors, colors may differ from what you perceive on your screen. Measurements are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual object. This is the most accurate information we have at the time a product is added to the site.

Defective items are rare (less than 1%). In the event you have a defective item, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. We may exchange the defective product for the same item only. We will do our best to make things right. Please contact us at info@tazi.com
